MY STORY

Raised in Queens, NY by immigrant parents, Nicole grew up understanding the taboo subject that is mental health in the Black and Caribbean culture; however, she has always had an interest in further understanding how mental health and substance use has taken a toll in her community.

As a Hunter College (CUNY) graduate with her Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling, Nicole has dedicated her experience to providing support to diverse communities in various forms including outpatient substance use services, in-home preventive services, and private practice while working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
